She has been cooking for those in need of nutricious food throughout the Eugene area. Her non-profit, Neighborhood Links is a wonderful expression of giving in a world of great need.  This month, she will be cooking for us!  Won't you come out and support her?

Fresh Catch 

Wild Tilapia

 Parmesan encrusted and served with chilly infused tartar sauce roasted seasonal squash and Caesar salad 26

Orso Mckenzie

  Orso pasta tossed with sweet peppers, cranberries, creamy feta and topped with roasted almonds and cashews. Served on a bed of spinach and drizzled with a rich arbol-infused Beurre Blanc sauce.18

Warm Harvest Salad 

 Seasonal squash and roots roasted to perfection and tossed with creamy goat cheese roasted almonds brown rice baby greens and balsam reduction. 18
